Proyecto personal: crear un disco de vinilo de uno de mis grupos favoritos.
Massive Attack es un grupo de “trip hop” de Bristol U.K. Su sonido es enigmático y muy interesante.
Se buscó algo que no rompiera del todo con el estilo de su gráfica, pero que se diferenciara lo suficiente.
Es electrónica, pero utilizan instrumentos análogos, que dan a su música muchas capas y texturas.
Se usan ilustraciones con textura, varias tipografías expresivas, algunos pictogramas tribales y una paleta de color que sugiere el claroscuro.
Negro y amarillo contrastan y comunican lo único y especial de esta música.

Massive Attack, from Bristol U.K., is said to have a “trip hop” sound, which is enigmatic but quite interesting.
The challenge was to conceive a graphic style not totally detached from the original, but different nonetheless.
We can say it´s electronic music, but they use as well analogue instruments, producing a sound with many layers and textures.
Textured illustrations, many expressive typefaces and some tribal pictograms, are composed on a chiaroscuro pallet. Black and yellow expresses what´s special and unique in this music.
